Returns

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for opened, used, or worn products.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from what was ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at mimiforher@gmail.com with:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos/videos of the item

If approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

Change of mind
Incorrect product selection
Dissatisfaction after use
Delays caused by shipping carriers
Orders placed incorrectly by the customer

Please ensure all order details are correct before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we must be notified within 7 days of delivery. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.

Items must remain unused and in their original packaging where possible.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations
